Aaron Swartz memorial: call for Internet freedoms

On Monday, members of congress celebrated the life of internet activist Aaron Swartz in a memorial on Capitol Hill. Over 300 people attended the ceremony where lawmakers, family, activists, and academics spoke about Swartz's life and called for federal reform of anti-hacking laws. Congressmen including Senator Ron Wyden and Representative Darrell Issa spoke at the event.
