None of Kirstin Lobato's DNA, none of her bleached blonde hair, and none of her fingerprints were found at the scene of Duran Bailey's murder in Las Vegas, Nevada in 2001. So why is Kirstin still in prison for this crime 12 years later? Michelle Ravell of Justice4Kirstin explains how absolutely no evidence was found that ties Kirstin Lobato to the scene.

Who in America believes there are not two different U.S.Judicial Systems?
ReplyDeleteLittle Americans like Kirstin Lobato of Las Vegas Nevada & Texan Hank Skinner both being forced to have to beg in 2013 for DNA Tests so they can prove their non~guilt?
America's judicial system is still pretending to function equally for poorer Americans without them even being afforded proper legal counsel in various courts Nationwide !
Clark County Nevada allowing just one man to decide DNA testing for ones freedom may happen in the 3rd world,but should never be happening in our so called progressive society!
Clark County DA Steve Wolfson puffing himself up as a law and order man over finding our DNA reality with Kirstin Lobato is a crime in itself!
We will always defend every American's right to also be exonerated through the use of DNA Testing not just incriminated,imprisoned & executed!
