Can Facebook comments get you fired?

Sometimes freedom of speech isn't exactly guaranteed, and such is the case with social media in the workplace. There has been a handful of cases where workers have been terminated from their job for the things they've said about their employers on Facebook. All of that could change, though, after a recent court verdict. Josh Edelson, a journalist and contributor to Salon.com, joins RT's Meghan Lopez to explain this loophole.
